Accrue Equity, a local Mobile Mortgage Brokerage based out of Lane Cove in Sydney’s North Shore, is in the running to take out one of Australia’s prestigious industry awards.

Founded in 2014, Accrue Equity offers lending solutions for their clients ranging from Home Loans, Investment Loans, Business Finance and SMSF Lending. Scott’s 13 years banking and lending experience have proven to be a valuable asset not only to Accrue Equity but also to their clients.

Scott Juda, Finance Broker at Accrue Equity, said that he was humbled by the nomination. “We love our clients because they’re the cornerstone of our business.”

“Accrue Equity’s recognition for its excellent contribution to the Lane Cove community reinforces the strength of the brand in connecting with the community and engaging with our customers,” Scott added.

Now in its fifth year, the annual Better Business Awards recognises individual and group excellence across 18 award categories. Winners in the individual categories will be automatically considered for the coveted Broker of the Year Award. In addition, Scott Juda will be in the running for the Editor’s Choice Award, which recognises an individual’s outstanding contribution to the broking industry.

“This year the calibre of submissions was as high as it has ever been, a true reflection of the strength of the mortgage broking industry right now,” James Mitchell, Momentum Media’s managing editor of mortgages, said.

“Mortgage professionals continue to raise the bar, and the finalists for the 2018 Better Business Awards are all examples of the professionalism of the third-party channel. The industry continues to show that it can keep pace with change and remain committed to delivering quality outcomes for customers.
“On behalf of The Adviser and Momentum Media, I’d like to congratulate all finalists and wish them the best of luck at the Better Business Awards in 2018. It’s an honour to be part of such an exciting and competitive industry.”

The winners will be announced at the state award dinners between 15 February and 15 March 2018.
