Accrue Equity has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Customer Service of the Year – Office (5 or less brokers) of the nationally recognised 2018 Australian Broking Awards hosted by The Adviser, Australia’s top publication for mortgage and finance brokers.

Now in its eighth consecutive year, the Australian Broking Awards recognises the hard work and perseverance of brokers, brokerages and aggregator groups, providing finalists with an unparalleled opportunity to be recognised at local, state and national levels.

Founded in 2015, Accrue Equity offers residential and commercial lending solutions to individuals and businesses to the Lane Cove, North Shore and boarder Sydney community. Accrue Equity has particularly strong relationships with their clients and specialises in home and investment lending, business finance, and Self Managed Super Fund lending.

Scott Juda, Director and Finance Broker at Accrue Equity said he is humbled by the nomination. “This is our third industry award nomination for the year and our first National Award nomination. We’re honoured to be able to be here for our clients” Scott said.

“Accrue Equity’s recognition for its excellent contribution to the Lane Cove community reinforces the strength of the brand in connecting with the community and engaging with its customers,” he added.

Editor of The Adviser, Annie Kane, said that the number and quality of submissions this year were testimony to the high level of professionalism within the mortgage broking industry and were a credit to the profession.

“We are consistently impressed by the broking industry’s passion, professionalism and personalisation of service,” said Ms Kane.

“Achieving good consumer outcomes was the focus for this industry well before the commissions and inquiries made this term the buzzword of the moment. Nowhere can you see this more clearly than in the submissions for this year’s Australian Broking Awards, which include many glowing customer testimonies.

“I’d like to congratulate all of the finalists for the 2018 Australian Broking Awards for their commitment to their clients and the channel in this time of ongoing scrutiny, and am thrilled that we, at The Adviser, are able to recognise and honour those of you who are ensuring that brokers remain the channel of choice for Australian borrowers.

“Congratulations to all the finalists, and we look forward to celebrating with you next month!”

The winners will be announced at a black-tie awards dinner on Friday, 29 June 2018 at The Star, Sydney.
