When my partner and I decided to jump into the property market for the first time we knew we had to start with a mortgage, after shopping around the banks and meeting with a handful of brokers who were referrals from our friends and family, one of the referrals we spoke to was Mr. Khash Jalili from Sydney Brokers.The thing that separated Khash from the others was his tenacity to go above and beyond our expectations. We understood Mr. Jalili was extremely busy servicing all his other clients due to the massive property market surge which had everyone scrambling to put money down on real estate across Sydney, and even though we were also struck with the FOMO, Khash took the time to deliberate with us our financial options and if we had questions (which we had PLENTY) Khash brought his extensive knowledge of borrowing criteria to the table and if he needed to familiarise himself with the products available through our prospective lenders he would dive deep and give us a thorough explanation, ensuring we understood every facet of this long term commitment we were about to make.Now I wish things went smoother on the financial institutions end, but truth be told Khash handled every escalation with the utmost professionalism and in my eyes he was an absolute relentless beast! When the lender made mistakes, Khash brought it to their attention, when the lenders were taking longer than usual, Khash persisted to raise awareness to lenders state management and had an arbitrator get involved to resolve the delays before we were hit with a tender extension fee from our builder. Long story short, thanks to the determination of Mr. Khash Jalili our first home is being built and we couldn't recommend him enough, he has been a pleasure to work with and we look forward to our next project with him.

As a first home buyer, I was intimidated by the amount of knowledge that was required and options available. I was extremely lucky to be introduced to Khash who not only was highly knowledgeable, but went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was happening at every stage in the process - even after his role in the process was complete. Khash was punctual, professional and communitcated promptly and effectively with other people involved and made sure I was up to date throughout. I will never hesitate to recommend Khash to friends and family who require assistance and would recommend him to anyone.

Khash is one of those quite rare kind of professional, friendly, approachable, and responsive people whom I will never forget doing business with.He pursued the very long and time consuming process of applying, and finally having the approval of my home loan patiently and always responded to my questions (sometimes pretty silly ones as I'm totally novice in this area!) thoroughly with a friendly smile.He arranged all the documents to be signed electronically and securely for my convenience in the middle of Sydney's long lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic.As a person who changes his mind not to do anything with even a little degree of ambiguity, if it wasn't because of Khash, I would never ever apply for a home loan in the situation I had.I strongly recommend him; Khash is the best...

We write this to share some feedback around our broker Khashayar. We were able to settle on a house today thanks very much to him. My partner is on a bridging visa and we have had a very difficult journey trying to purchase a home and acquire a bank loan. Scott and his team at Sydney Brokers has helped me with 3 separate loans. My first house loan was easy and he helped me get out of a 16 year fixed loan with minimal cost impact on myself and i received 250,000 virgin points on top of that. The second loan was a small loan to pay out my car which was very high interest, i applied on the same day the money was in my account it was amazing. the last loan he did for me was another house loan with a build from a developer, at the moment no bank will give anyone a loan to a person in my situation (a single parent) building a house through a developer, Scott (Sydney Brokers) worked for 4 months to get me a loan approved and i couldn't be happier and i got more points from virgin. i just want to thank you Scott not only did you get me approved but i also get a free holiday with my children overseas on Nab and Virgin.
